To keep you updated, here is the email reply I recieved today...

I am sending the art to the artist now to get cleaned up. It is fuzzy but as you know from the last shirts it does come out a bit crisper than the original image.

Once I get it back from him and send it to you i will send you an invoice for the deposit and I will get them printed. I hope to have the art back by tomorrow or friday morning at the latest so we can start to get them printed by this weekend.

OK, he is working on the logo so it doesn't come out so fuzzy. Shouldn't be too much longer.

Me either. They are a little slow in responding to emails, but I went through this on the other shirts I did for another forum. Once they get it squared away, it doesn't take long. I did send them another email today...

Ok, the issue has been that the logo comes out fuzzy. The company I'm working with sent me an email tonight that they were getting someone else to work on this as they were not satisfied with what they had. Hopefully, they can get it worked out pretty quick. I will update as I hear from them.

That may be what has to happen. I emailed the one that is helping on it last night, and they replied this morning, so that is a good sign. Basically, the problem is, we need a high resolution image of it, so it can be cleaned up, and the original is no longer available. I am looking for the best image we have after this post and I will send it straight to them. If it is clean enough when resized to work with, they said they could do some type of resolution deal, that will be extra. I'm gonna eat that if they can do it because I'm way past ready to get these done myself...

OK, It seems the guy I had been dealing with was a middleman. The new guy seems to be on top of it. I got replies back to 4 emails within minutes today. He hopes to have this ready to submit for my approval within a week. I know nothing bout this stuff. He said he had to a a color separation to get the shading right, and it takes a while if you don't have the original file and have to break it down from a jpeg format, if I am reading this right. It won't take long to actually print them, it's getting the art work right...

OK, I can't change the order without it taking a few days to place the order. The reason is, he has already invoiced me for the original order. Apparantly, my first reply went to his trash mail for some reason. When I asked him again, he had sent me the invoice. I will mail a postal money order when I get off work in the morning for a deposit to start. They should be ready and shipped to me by the end of next week/or the first part of the next. I already have the shipping packaging addressed, so as soon as I get them, I will distribute them and get them mailed out.

Next time, I will go through him, as from start to finish, it has taken about a week for them to do this.
The original guy I talked to was apparently just a middleman. He must get a discount though...
So next time, it won't take as long. I apologize guys, it was out of my hands. I thank you for your patience...
